STRANGERS IN OUR OWN COUNTRY

Have you ever felt like stranger in your own country?

No need to answer that, it was a standard question and I was just waiting for the YESs because NOs are the standard one.
We all feel like strangers in our own country almost at some points of our life.If a person from West Bengal goes to Tamil Nadu he feels like he has landed in a different country in spite of being in his own country. What do you think is the problem? Is it he food? NO. Is it the weather? NO. Both West Bengal and Tamil Nadu have quite the same weather. Then what is it. Its the language.
As of today our country is just 22 days form its 69th independence day and we are still to have a language that we can state to be our national language. People do not want to leave their own states to go and work other states because how will they live there without knowing the language of that place. In a time when all the countries are moving forward with new innovations ours is just strangled in its own civil wars between states.
Imagine that in your house if your father, mother, brothers and sisters all used to speak in different languages then would there be any harmony or love in your family, would there be any understanding between you and your family member.NO ....    NEVER
Even there would be no family because in a family people speak the same language and is why it is a family so why can't that be in a county.
It is time for our country to choose a language that can be stated as the national language of our country.I am not saying that I should be Hindi just because it is my mother tongue it should be a language that can be followed by everyone so that no one should feel odd in his or her own country just because he is from a different eccentricity.
Today in our country Hindi is the most spoken language thanks to Bollywood. Each and everyone knows Hindi and I can say this that if Hindi is taken up as the national language of our county then no one will have great bit of trouble but it is the war between the different states to have their language as the national language that has delayed this process to a good long 69 years.

Secularism is not in speaking different languages it is in accepting different religions as one.
